LT Modular Counters and Pedestals
LT Modular counters are lightweight laminate or fabric counters that are attractive, versatile, and portable. The counters feature modular "no-tools" panels with patented slide-click connectors. Most designs offer open or closed backs, many with locking doors. All are available with fabric or laminate finishes, featuring hundreds of colors. When adding graphics, whether Velcro-applied or vinyl wrapped, opt for a full branding treatment for maximum exposure on the show floor. Many come with locking storage. Don't see exactly what you want? No problem. We specialize in designing and building counters and pedestals that meet any need.
When choosing the right counter or pedestal for your display, consider how you will use it on the show floor. Do you need locking storage? Will the counter or pedestal hold a lead retrieval machine, laptop, or other electrical device? If so, you will need wire management. That may be as simple as ordering a grommet for the counter. If you are planning to use a tablet computer, consider the tablet insert option for the counter top. This option is practical, attractive, and secure for many tablets, such as an iPad.

- Holy Moly! I just glanced through the Counters and Pedestals. There are almost 200 styles. How do I narrow it down?
Your first step is to identify what features you need. Do you need internal storage? How about graphics? Do you want laminate, aluminum, or fabric surfaces?Next, narrow it down by price, if for no other reason to see the differences between a $1200 pedestal and a $3500 counter.

Don’t see exactly what you want? No problem. As you can tell, we love to design new ones.
- Why aren't the shipping cases included in the price?
The simple fact is that most counters and pedestals ship with exhibits. As a result, they may fit in the same case, crate, or tub as the display, but, we never know until you select your display. If we included the case, then it wouldn't reflect realistic prices in most situations.We do list the ship case options, so you know whether it will fit in a portable case(s) or if it requires a crate.

- What laminates do you use?
In most cases, you can select any laminate from any domestic vendor. However, not all laminates are standard and an upcharge may apply for premimum finishes. We prefer Pionite, Wilsonart, and Nevamar. We do limited the laminate selections on Sacagawea and Perfect 10 Display Systems, which are more price sensitive.
We’ll be happy to check if your laminate selection is standard and available. Just give us a call or send an email.
- Do you automatically install grommets for wire and cord management?
No. We install them at your request and direction. We never know if you want grommet(s) or the preferred location.We strongly encourage you to make that decision before placing your order. Having a grommet or any wire management done at the show can be very expensive as opposed to having it done when it's built.

- Suggested lead times may vary depending on current orders. Please check with Customer Service.
- Production lead times are based on business days and DO NOT include any shipping days.
- Production-ready artwork (when applicable) must accompany the order confirmation. Delays in uploading artwork may lead to expedited charges or shipping changes.
- No order will be released to Production without a signed order confirmation.
- Shipping is based on the availability of materials and graphics. Additional charges may apply if materials or graphics must be expedited.
- Standard lead times do not apply to orders of multiple quantities.
- Dimensional Weight vs. Actual Weight: Dimensional weight is defined as crate or case size. On most air shipments, the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight
- Portable Cases vs. Wood Crates or Molded Tubs (where applicable): Exhibit designs that require one wood crate would require multiple portable cases. Selecting one vs. the other affects the total weight (dimensional or actual).
- Freight Carrier: LTL carriers (Less than Truckload) quote freight based on space used. UPS, FedEx, and air freight carriers quote freight based on either the dimensional or the actual weight of the shipment.
- Freight Service Level (number of days): Service levels range from Same Day Delivery to Two Week Delivery.
